Haa sits over the Chele La pass from Paro — close on a map, but a different pace of travel entirely, since it wasn’t opened to foreign tourists until 2002. This tour package is for travellers who’ve done a Bhutan trip before, or simply want a quieter valley than the well-worn Paro–Thimphu–Punakha loop.
