For peak season (spring and autumn festival dates), we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead, since flights into Paro sell out early. Winter and summer trips can often be arranged with less notice.

Yes — Indian, Bangladeshi and Maldivian nationals don’t require a visa, only a permit, and pay a reduced SDF rate. We handle the paperwork for both processes.
Yes — Bhutan has very low crime rates and is considered one of the safer countries in Asia to travel in. Your guide and driver are with you throughout the trip.
Bhutanese cuisine centres on rice, ema datshi (chilli and cheese) and pork or beef dishes; most lodges also serve continental options. Let us know about dietary requirements when booking.
Reliable wifi and mobile coverage in Paro, Thimphu and Punakha; more remote valleys and trek routes may have limited or no connectivity — part of the appeal, for some travellers.
Solo travel is entirely possible — most of our tour packages run as private departures for one traveller or a family, not fixed group tours.
Both routes involve consecutive days of high-altitude walking. A reasonable level of fitness and some hiking experience is recommended; we can advise based on your trekking history when you enquire.
